Rental Instructions
Pickup available at Golden Touch Cleaners (987 Massachusetts Ave, Cambridge, MA 02138)
Select your rental start date in our Rental Request Form ( ‘Request Rental’ button on the product page)
Submit your rental request
Wait 24-48 hours for an email from us confirming your rental availability. We’ll send you a secure payment link. Booking is confirmed following payment.
Receive booking confirmation email with order number.
Arrive at dry cleaner on the day of your rental start date
Show confirmation email and ID to pick up your order
Enjoy your rental. No need to worry about cleaning!
Return rental at the same dry cleaner on the return date listed in your confirmation email
Selecting your rental period
Your rental start date is the day you’ll pick up your rental at the dry cleaner. We recommend you select the day before your event or trip.
Your duration is the number of days you’ll have the item, not including the pick up date. For example, if you select a Thursday pick up date for a 4 day rental, you must return the item at the dry cleaner by Monday
If you need your rental earlier than the available dates or for a different duration please get in contact at hello@villagewardrobe.com or DM us on socials and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
