Rental Instructions
- Select your rental start date in our Rental Request Form ('Request Rental' button on the product page)
- Submit your rental request
- Wait 24 hours for an email from us confirming your rental availability
- Booking is confirmed following payment via secure payment link
- Receive booking confirmation email with order number
- Pick up item at dry cleaner on the day of your rental start date (note: delivery options are available at an additional cost, usually ~$5–10 within a 5 mile radius)
- Show confirmation email and ID to pick up your order
- Enjoy your rental!
- Return rental at the same dry cleaner on the return date listed in your confirmation email
If you need your rental earlier than the available dates or for a different duration please get in contact at hello@villagewardrobe.com or DM us on socials and we'll do our best to accommodate!
