Rental Instructions

  1. Select your rental start date in our Rental Request Form ( ‘Request Rental’ button on the product page)

  2. Submit your rental request

  3. Wait 24 hours for an email from us confirming your rental availability

  4. Booking is confirmed following payment via secure payment link

  5. Receive booking confirmation email with order number

  6. Pick up item at dry cleaner on the day of your rental start date (note: delivery options are available at an additional cost, usually ~$5-10 within a 5 mile radius)

  7. Show confirmation email and ID to pick up your order

  8. Enjoy your rental!

  9. Return rental at the same dry cleaner on the return date listed in your confirmation email
